Scope of services
- Free towing: In the event of vehicle immobilisation, towing assistance to the nearest Renault authorised dealer
- Emergency fuel assistance: 5 litres free fuel, subject to one assistance per year
- Cab assistance: If your vehicle is recovered and transferred to a dealer by Renault Road Side Assistance, the driver and passengers will be provided with one free cab ride, up to 50 km from the breakdown location, to facilitate you to continue your onward journey
- Battery jump starting/replacement in rundown battery
- Flat tyre assistance using spare wheel
- First hand assistance of technical problem over phone
- Lost and locked key/keypad assistance
- On-site technical assistance
Tyre assistance, lock key assistance, wrong fuel assistance, accident assistance, breakdown incidence are offered to the customers complimentary under the warranty program for 2 years or upto 50,000 km (whichever is earlier).
For vehicles sold before 2014, it is 4 yrs or upto 80,000 km (whichever is earlier).

– This service is applicable for the basic Renault warranty period of your vehicle
– In the event of vehicle immobilisation or vehicle not in mobile condition at the roadside, free towing to the nearest Renault authorised dealer
– Cost of repairs made to your vehicle is not included, unless it is covered under Renault Warranty
– In case of an accident, cost of towing the vehicle has to be borne by the customer
